Note:  The compulsory attendance form is a fillable adobe web form that will require your signature and an email address for submission confirmation.  If you need assistance completing the form, please reference the Compulsory Form Completion Process Parent/Guardian Guide or contact your student's main office.  Paper forms are available in our main offices as well.
